Kersh v. Mueller, 2011 WL 6145353 (12/12/11) (Col.) (unpub'd) - Without any contradictory evidence, The Tenth finds "implausible" the plaintiff's contention that the FBI director was liable for failing to investigate his complaint that his relatives transported him to outer space when he was 13. Apparently, the FBI thought it had no jurisdiction over interplanetary kidnaping. Another loophole we may be able to exploit some day.
