Holder, 2015 WL 859566 (3/2/15) (Published) - Mr. Rodas-Orellana failed to demonstrate his proposed group---El Salvadoran males threatened and actively recruited by gangs, who resist joining because they oppose the gangs---is a socially distinct group. So he could not show he was entitled to asylum or withholding from removal due to persecution based on his membership in that group.
