Chester, No. 11-3226 (10th Cir. 1/25/12) (unpublished): Tenth Circuit upholds Bureau of Prisons' policy against allowing an inmate who has previously completed the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP) and therefore received a sentence reduction from obtaining a second RDAP reduction in sentence in a subsequent case.
