Voluntary ECF Filing Begins; Mandatory Electronic Filing in Two Months

The Tenth Circuit began voluntary use of the Electronic Case Filing (ECF) system this week. Use of the ECF system will become mandatory on June 1. Practitioners have to sign up for the appellate ECF system even if they have signed up for the district court system.
