"Gibberish" Leads to Dismissal of Appeal
Punchard v. Jeffries, 2008 WL 4748530 (10/30/08) (unpub'd) - The 10th dismisses the appeal on the ground that Public Minister Billy Punchard's brief is "gibberish."
